Low vision rehabilitation begins with a free telephone consultation with Dr. Jacqueline Pierre, not a routine eye examination. 

Please call 936-569-2015 to request your consultation. Our team will help coordinate a low vision evaluation if appropriate.

For regular eye examinations and other eye care services, please use the online scheduling options below.

1. Select Book Online.
2. Search for available dates and choose a date and time.
3. Complete your patient information and confirm your appointment.
4. Return to the Appointments page and select Patient Intake Form. Please complete the form before your visit.
